Senior Associate at IRMO Krševan Antun Dujmović, M.Sc. has participated at the Economic Forum held in the Polish town of Karpacz from 7 to 9 September 20201. Dujmović took part in the panel that has evaluated the Chinese influence in South East Europe.

The Forum which was held for the 30th time in the Polish town of Karpacz is the biggest economic conference in Central and Eastern Europe, and is also known as the ‟Eastern Davos.”

The first edition of the Economic Forum in Poland was held in 1992, and since then till 2019 the Forum was organized in the city of Krynica-Zdrój.

This year’s edition of the Forum was organized under the motto “Europe in search of leadership”, and the event was attended by three thousand participants from all of Europe and from around the world.

Economic forum is a place of gathering of political leaders, heads of state and government, representatives of business and academic community, civil society and the media.

Around 200 panels covered a wide range of topics at this years’ edition of the Forum, including future of the European Union and international relations, and latest developments in different business and industrial sectors, including digital industry and energy.
