Senada Šelo Šabić, PhD,  Emina Bužinkić, PhD and Nikica Kolar participated from November 11 to November 13, 2023 in a three-day workshop in Glasgow organized by the Glasgow Caledonian University within the project ENDURE – Inequalities, Community Resilience and New Governance Modalities in a Post-Pandemic World. At the workshop, IRMO’s representatives presented their preliminary research for the work entitled Covid-19 emergency governance in Croatia: Exempt, Inequalities, Societal (De)mobilization. The paper analyses the relationship between the government’s management during the COVID-19 pandemic and similar previous states of emergency, and the impact on vulnerable and marginalized social groups in Croatian society (refugees, minorities, homeless people, workers). In addition, the work analyses social mobilization and demobilization when it concerns the protection of the rights, freedoms and dignity of social groups of a wider spectrum).
