The migration phenomenon in contemporary world gains increased significance and has multiple effects on all aspects of our everyday life. Croatia is not an exception and it is becoming more exposed to emigration and immigration trends.
Therefore, Hanns Seidl Stiftung and Institute for Development and International Relations, IRMO, are organizing the roundtable entitled “The migration trends: Aspects of emigration and immigration in the Republic of Croatia” with leading experts, who are dealing with various aspects of this phenomenon.
The discussion will be organised in two thematic blocks, where experts will give their views on emigration and immigration from institutional, legal, economic, humanitarian, cultural and security aspect.
The working language is Croatian.
