Collection of data, preparation of database with development indicators, calculation of development index and categorisation of local and regional self-government units. All results along with methodology have been described in the report. The consultant has been in charge for carrying out the assessment and categorisation of local and regional self-government units according to the Decree on Development Index (OJ 63/2010).
