Preparation of the Brod-Posavina County Development Plan (basic analysis, SWOT, strategic framework, action plan, financial and institutional framework for the implementation of the Plan)
The main goal of the project is to draft a County Development Plan and contribute to the overall development process with the participation of a wide range of stakeholders.
The expected impact is an improved process of strategic planning in the county and the drafting of a framework for the development of the county.
