Elaboration of Industrial Transition Plan for Pannonian Croatia

The project refers to the expert support of the World Bank in the preparation of a document called the Industrial Transition Plan of Pannonian Croatia. As part of the project assignment, a model for managing the process of industrial transition (the so-called Governance model) and a model for selecting project proposals was created. In the first model, the key stakeholders at the central, regional and local levels, their tasks, working bodies and business processes were elaborated. In the second model, the criteria for determining the so-called strategic industrial transition projects ensuring their compliance with key strategic goals. Also, a number of smaller project tasks such as infrastructure analysis for the Sisak-Moslavina County were prepared for the need to determine additional investments after the earthquake.
