The aim of the project is to examine the gap between the social reality and political normativity in the area of access to culture, in order to develop recommendations for raising awareness about these issues both at the national and at the European level. The project will use policy analysis approach in order to examine the European and national dimension dealing with access to culture. Assessment and development of public policy indicators will also be performed, as well as the assessment of the implementation of the policies dealing with acess to culture in the EU countries and beyond. The project also aims to encourage open communication between the stakeholders of the policy process, which is to be achieved through their involvement at certain stages of the project and through continuous communication and information disemination both at the national and at the European level.
