Monitoring and evaluation of the EUSAIR macro regional strategy (EU strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian region) – thematic objective 4 includes the following:
– Creation of a preliminary study/analysis of activities related to EUSAIR thematic pillar 4 in 8 countries (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania and Greece), identification of deficiencies in indicator systems and proposals for the creation of additional studies/analyses which would determine the actual situation in certain thematic or geographical areas, including a detailed plan for making those studies/analyses
– Establishing a framework for EUSAIR monitoring and evaluation
– 4 annual reports on the monitoring of the TSG4 area as an supplement to 4 synthesized annual reports
– Capacity building (education for monitoring and evaluation)
The aim of the project is to monitor and evaluate the EUSAIR / Action Plan, which ensures a continuous discussion of stakeholders and a comprehensive exchange of information on all conducted research, studies and analyses relevant to thematic pillar 4 and key outcomes in the macro region.
The project is expected to improve the implementation of the EUSAIR strategy and to strengthen the capacity of the implementers to monitor and evaluate the implementation.
